365 polish for a year challenge: day 12

Brand: Sally Hansen
Name: 10 Lightening
coats:2
pigment: Medium thickness with a bright color pigment
price: on sale for $2.50

Good morning everybody! Today is day 12, one of my favorite numbers! Now in honor is this hot weather we've been having here I decided to call this design pink lemonade.

I'm not a huge yellow fan, but I wanted something bright and playful, so yellow played into that.
I recently did a haul with a bunch of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri bottles when they were on sale at CVS. I am so impressed with the pigment of the line and how quickly it dries and how it takes only 2 coats to get full nail coverage!

So I decided to use one of my Sally Hansen Crackle overcoats to make this a simple yet eye catching design.
I also picked up a bunch of the Crackle collection in a recent haul from CVS. Can't go wrong with clearance prices!

Here are the colors I used left to right:
04 Fuchsia Shock
NYC quick dry topcoat
10 Lightening

Now the top coat dries with a matted finish, so I hit it with a quick drying topcoat to help it dry fast and give it a great glossy shine. I almost added some sparkles, but I held off just to keep this a simple and quick design for the hot summer heat! See everyone tomorrow and don't forget to follow me on Twitter and LIKE my page on facebook !
